As we continue to enhance your experience with eRemit, we have included the instructions below to assist you in updating your Compatibility Settings for Internet Explorer. If you would prefer to use our alternate electronic remittance website, which is not browser specific, please contact us at 1-800-853-6399, option 4, option 1:

For errors related to Internet Compatibility issues, follow the steps below:
  1. Open Internet Explorer and access e-Remit: https://groups.valic.com/eremit
  2. Click on Tools and then Compatibility View Settings.
  3. In the Add this website field enter: valic.com
  4. Click Add.
  5. Log into e-Remit.
Note: If you do not see "Tools" below the Address bar, click ALT on your keyboard, to view the Menu bar.
